Capacity Building – Linking RFTFs and their family members to Vocational Education Training to receive skills identified in a baseline analysis of needs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Activities for developing and improving skills and capacities of RFTFs, their family members and the community at risk in order to facilitate their employment and self-reliance.
Assessment test to evaluate their level of knowledge and their preferences and also orientation session to push them towards the professions demanded by the market. Supporting RFTFs and their families during the job seeking process and assisting them in finding new market opportunities and leveraging network. These instruments will help empower these marginalized groups and reintegrate them in the society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Aktiviteti 2.<\/strong> Hart\u00ebzimi i institucioneve relevante, n\u00eb nivel lokal dhe qendror, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr informimin, parandalimin dhe menaxhimin e krizave dhe emergjencave civile dhe natyrore n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri; <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Aktiviteti 3.<\/strong> Ngritja e rrjetit nd\u00ebrsektorial p\u00ebr parandalimin dhe menaxhimin e krizave dhe emergjencave civile dhe natyrore n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb nga p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb institucioneve lokale dhe qendrore, bizneseve, organizatave, etj;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Aktiviteti 5.<\/strong> Zhvillimi i 1 (nj\u00eb) fushate komb\u00ebtare informuese, nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsuese dhe sensibilizuese lidhur me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e parandalimit t\u00eb krizave dhe emergjencave civile dhe natyrore, sidomos t\u00eb atyre q\u00eb shkaktohen nga vet\u00eb dora e njeriut.
